Founded by Areshia McFarlin, a former C-Suite Officer with a Columbia University MFA in Acting and a seasoned comedy career, Cherry Blossom Pictures makes content that reflects the beautiful, messy, multi-generational, multi-cultural reality of modern American life. We don't do "representation." We do real people living real lives, with all the humor, heart, and humanity that comes with it.

Areshia spent 20+ years leading revenue strategy for EdTech and SaaS companies, building $27M businesses and scaling teams across the country. She spent those same years writing scripts, performing stand-up comedy in clubs nationwide, and working as a 25+ year member of SAG-AFTRA. Now, she's bringing both worlds together: the strategic thinking of Corporate America and the authentic voice of the stage.
